/KASE, July 3, 2020/ – Aman Munai Exploration (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of its sole shareholder dated June 19, 2020, the following
changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: M. Kuzdibayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, independent
director; N. Smayilov – member of the Board of Directors, M. Kydyrov –
member of the Board of Directors;
- appointed: E. Ogay – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
R. Arapov – member of the Board of Directors, L. Dyachenko – member of the
Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Aman Munai
Exploration consists of three persons: E. Ogay, R. Arapov, L. Dyachenko.
