/KASE, July 2, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 29, 2020 A.
Akimov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board for retail business, was
removed from the composition of the Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Subsidiary Bank
Sberbank of Russia consists of six persons: Y. Tenizbayev, G. Arakelyan, N.
Taskaranov, A. Titov, D. Yamanov, Y. Nakisbekov.
