/KASE, June 30, 2020/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders by absentee voting will be held
on August 14, 2020. Six issues are on the agenda including:
- approval of the company's 2019 financial statements;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the company's net income for the
reporting fiscal year, taking a decision on payment of dividends on ordinary
shares and approval of the amount of dividends per ordinary share;
- taking a decision not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares.
