/KASE, June 26, 2020/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of payment
from June 18 to 25, 2020 of dividends on its ordinary shares KZ1C00000744
(KASE main market, category "premium", KZTO) for 2019 at KZT118 per share.
According to the statement, the payment amounted to KZT45,386,115,682. The
list of shareholders entitled to dividends was compiled as of June 3, 2020.
