/KASE, June 25, 2020/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 17, 2020:
- to approve the company's 2019 annual financial statements;
- not to pay out dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2019.
