/KASE, June 25, 2020/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on July 27, 2020
at 12:00 o'clock, with the sole issue on the meeting agenda being the issue of
defining an auditing organization that will audit the company's financial
statements for 2020.
