/KASE, June 25, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
from June 25, 2020 trading in bonds KZ2C00003135 (KASE main market, category
"bonds", ATFBb15) of ATFBank (Almaty) was resumed on KASE.
Trading in said bonds was suspended on KASE from June 1, 2020.
Trades in these bonds were resumed due to receipt by KASE of changes and
additions to the issue prospectus of these bonds registered by the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market on
June 17, 2020. These changes and additions changed the conditions for early
repayment of the bond issue and information on the use of funds from the
placement of bonds.
In its letter dated June 24, 2020, the Central Securities Depository JSC
informed that on June 24, 2020, the registration of transactions in these bonds
was resumed in its accounting system.
