/KASE, June 23, 2020/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 18, 2020 the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Amanov – member of the Management Board, G. Ikhsan – member of the
Board of Directors, A. Karabaev – member of the Board of Directors,
independent director;
- appointed: S. Nazarenko – Chairman of the Management Board, G. Ikhsan –
member of the Board of Directors, K. Bakhridinov – member of the Board of
Directors, independent director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of KazTransCom JSC
consists of three persons: S. Nazarenko, G. Ikhsan, K. Bakhridinov.
