listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press release of June 18, 2020:

The first launch complex of the Kenkiyak-Atyrau oil pipeline reverse project was
put into operation at the Oil Pumping Station named after N. Shmanov. The
General Director of "KazTransOil" JSC, Dimash Dossanov, took part remotely in
the presentation of the commissioning of two-line connecting pipeline from the
N. Shmanov Oil Pumping Station to the Kenkiyak-Atyrau oil pipeline.
"The country leaders has set us the task of timely commissioning the reverse
project of the Kenkiyak-Atyrau oil pipeline, the implementation of which will
increase the pipeline's capacity to 6 million tons per year. We need to make
every effort to complete the construction by the end of this year", - said
Dimash Dossanov during an online broadcast.
Reverse project is one of the stages of construction and development of the
Kazakhstan-China oil pipeline system. Now the Kenkiyak-Atyrau pipeline is used
to supply crude oil in the western direction. After the reverse is completed,
it will be possible to connect more West Kazakhstan fields with the country's
refineries: PetroKazakhstan oil products LLP and Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant,
as well as with the export routs (by Atasu-Alashankou oil pipeline, railroad
tank loading terminal at the Shagyr Oil Pumping Station).
