/KASE, June 16, 2020/ – Kazakhmys Copper (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated June 12, 2020 the following persons were
elected to the Board of Directors:
- E. Ogay – a member of the Board of Directors;
- V. Kim – a member of the Board of Directors;
- S. Ainabayeva – a member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- E. Kenzhenov – a member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of "Kazakhmys Copper" JSC
consists of four persons.
