/KASE, June 15, 2020/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

The joint-stock company Rakhat (hereinafter – Rakhat) reports that in order to
protect the life and health of citizens due to the detection of asymptomatic
carriers of COVID 19 among the employees of Rakhat, the company's production
activities were suspended until 23.06.2020.
Based on this decision, Rakhat notifies its shareholders of the suspension of
the payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company in cash at the
location of the executive body: (A25T0D2, 2-a Zenkov St., Almaty, Republic of
Kazakhstan) until 01.07.2020.
In case a shareholder of Rakhat expresses a desire to receive dividends on
ordinary shares of the company by bank transfer, the shareholder, as previously
indicated in the notice on dividend payment, must provide a statement on the
transferof dividends, a certificate of the bank account (original) and a copy
of the identity card. These documents can be provided by post at the address:
A25T0D2, 2-a Zenkov St., Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.
