company of investment funds, whose units are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an auditor's report on the
company's financial statements for 2019.

The auditing of the financial statements of the company for 2019 was carried out
by KPMG Audit LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the financial statements
reliably reflect in all material respects the financial position of First
Heartland Jysan Invest JSC as of December 31, 2019, as well as its financial
results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with the
IFRS.
