/KASE, June 15, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decision of its sole shareholder dated May 29, 2020.
The shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2019, confirmed by an
auditor's opinion of auditing company Deloitte LLP;
- to allocate the company's net income for 2019 in the amount of
KZT27,735,140,380.05 as dividends to the company's shareholder.
