/KASE, June 12, 2020/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE of the following changes made in the makeup of the Management Board.
- D.B. Zhumashov, Management Board member, was removed;
- M.A. Daribayev, Management Board member, was elected.
Given these changes, currently, KazAgro National Management Holding’s Management
Board consists of five people: E.Sh. Karashukeyev, A.B. Dzhuvashev, E.K. Taszhurekov,
M.A. Daribayev, A.K. Dzhuanyshbayeva.
