/KASE, June 12, 2020/ – Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk
Insurance Company (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the Annual General
Meeting of its shareholders held on May 28, 2020:
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019 with consideration
of independent auditor’s report;
- not to distribute net income for 2019 in the amount of KZT6,754,649,045.29 and
to direct it to retained earnings of previous years;
- not to accrue and not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company.
Overall, decisions on seven issues of the agenda were taken at the general meeting
of shareholders.
