/KASE, June 11, 2020/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Nur-Sultan), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
it ceased to be a holder of 100% shares of KazMunayGas-Service NS as of June 5,
2020.
