/KASE, June 10, 2020/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 5, 2020.
Shareholders also took the following decisions:
- to approve the 2019 performance report of the bank's Management Board;
- to approve the bank's 2019 consolidated and separate annual financial
statements, confirmed by KPMG;
- not to pay out dividends on the bank's ordinary shares for the fiscal
year 2019;
- to retain the 2019 net income in the amount of KZT1,984 mln within the
bank's reserve capital;
- to approve the new edition of the bank's corporate governance code;
- to approve KPMG as the auditor of the bank and its subsidiaries in 2020.
