/KASE, June 8, 2020/ – Kazakhmys Copper (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
its sole shareholder dated May 29, 2020.
The shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements (separate and consolidated)
for 2019, audited in accordance with the IFRS;
- to consider the procedure of distribution of the company's 2019 net income
and amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company by July 29, 2020.
