Kcell pays dividends for 2019

/KASE, June 5, 2020/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows: quote Kcell Joint Stock Company (“Kcell” or the “Company”), (LSE, KASE: KCEL; AIX: KCEL, KCEL.Y), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, announces payout of the annual dividend on June 3, 2020, in the amount of KZT 9 billion, or KZT 45 per ordinary share (ordinary share corresponds to one GDR). On May 28, 2020, the Annual General Meeting of shareholders (AGM) decided to distribute 89 percent of the consolidated net income, which makes up KZT 9 billion or KZT 45 per one ordinary share as dividends for 2019. The list of shareholders entitled entitled to receive the dividends was fixed as at 31 May 2020.
