officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an
auditor's report on the company's financial statements for 2019.

The bank's financial statements for 2019 were audited by Deloitte LLP. According
to the auditor, consolidated financial statements reflect reliably in all
significant relations the consolidated financial position of Kazakhstan
Sustainability Fund and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2019, as well as
their financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of the specified
date in accordance with the IFRS.
