/KASE, June 4, 2020/ – BCC Invest (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit) (Almaty),
the managing company of the interval unit investment trust "CenterCredit
– Valyutniy", whose units are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision of the sole shareholder of June 1,
2020, the following changes were made to the Board of Directors:.
- removed: M.K. Alzhanov, a member of the Board of Directors, Zahaf Ibrahim
Mohamed M, a member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- elected: A.M. Baimukhanbetov , a member of the Board of Directors.
Given these changes, Board of Directors of BCC Invest (Subsidiary of Bank
CenterCredit) comprises three people: B.R. Baiseitov, M.E. Rakhimbayev, A.M.
Baimukhanbetov.
