/KASE, June 4, 2020/ – Agrarian credit corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 29, 2020.
The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to allocate the net income of the company for 2019 in the amount of
KZT16,034,036,353.88 to payment of dividends.
