/KASE, June 2, 2020/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on July 2, 2020 at 12:00 o'clock,
with the sole issue on the meeting agenda being the issue of defining and
approval of the procedure of distribution of the company's net income for 2019,
taking a decision on dividend payout on the company's ordinary shares.
