On May 29, 2020, by the decision of the Bank's Board of Directors Mr. Arun
Shrivastava was elected the chairman of the Board of Directors.
Arun Srivastava, Master of Science, CAIIB, AIBM. He is a certified member of the
Indian Bankers' Institute. He has almost 35 years of experience in all major
banking segments, including corporate lending, strategic planning, debt
restructuring, monitoring and asset recovery. He managed key banks in India,
including Bank of Baroda, Bank of India and Syndicate Bank.
By the decision of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Bank's shareholders he is a
member of the Board of Directors as an independent director as of May 15, 2020.
