/KASE, May 29, 2020/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of May 28, 2020 the following bonds of AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan) are transferred from "bonds" category of alternative market to "bonds" category of the KASE Official List’s main market: - KZ2C00005676 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", AKMGb1; current face value KZT1,100, current issue volume KZT93.5 bn; Dec. 13, 2018 – Dec. 13, 2033; annual coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00005841 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, AKMGb2; KZT1,100, KZT102.0 bn; July 4, 2019 – July 4, 2029; annual coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360). This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect on May 29, 2020. The KASE conclusion report dated May 22, 2020 says that according to the results of the examination of AstanaGas KMG and the mentioned bonds, it was established that the company and its bonds comply with the criteria and requirements set by the Listing Rules for listing these bonds in the category "bonds"of KASE Official List’s main market.
