/KASE, May 29, 2020/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 28, 2020, the following changes
were made to the Management Board:
- removed: O. Ydyrysov – deputy general director;
- elected: Daniyar Mukhamed-Rakhim – deputy general director.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of KazTransOil consists of
nine persons: D. Dosanov, S. Arynov, E. Mendybayev, A. Tanatarov, Zh. Makhin,
Ch. Seisekenov, Sh. Adilova, Daniyar Mukhamed-Rakhim, Zh. Isakov.
