/KASE, May 29, 2020/ – Centras Securities (Almaty), a managing company of
interval unit investment trusts, whose units are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of decisions of its sole shareholder
dated May 20, 2020.
The shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019 and take the
auditor's report for 2019 into consideration;
- to pay out dividends to the total amount of KZT210.0 mln: KZT205.0 mln – in
ordinary shares of the company, KZT5.0 mln – in cash;
- to take into consideration the information on absence of the sole
shareholder's claims over actions of the company and its officers in 2019;
Decisions on a total of five issues were taken at the general meeting of
shareholders.
