Shareholders of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia approve annual financial statements and take decision not to pay out dividends for 2019

/KASE, May 29, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the general meeting of its shareholders dated May 26, 2020. Shareholders also took the following decisions: - to approve the bank's 2019 financial statements with the independent auditor's report; - to approve the following procedure of distribution of the bank's net income for 2019: - to retain the net income in the amount of KZT68,126,000,000 in the account "Retained net income (uncovered loss) of prvious years"; - to retain the reserve capital in the amount of KZT23,893,000,000 in the account of reserve capital without distribution; - not to pay out dividends on ordinary shares for 2010: - to select Ernst & Young LLP as an audit organization conducting auditing of the bank for the second and third quarters of 2020, 2020 and the first quarter of 2021. Decisions on a total of ten issues of the agenda were taken at the meeting.
