From May 29 ordinary shares KZ1C00000942 (TEMK) of Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant removed from KASE official list at issuer's request

/KASE, May 29, 2020/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Listing Commission of May 28, 2020 ordinary shares KZ1C00000942 (KASE main market,
category "standard", TEMK) of Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant (Temirtau) were
removed from KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect from May 29, 2020.
KASE's conclusion of May 22, 2020 noted that KASE received from the company a
decision of the sole shareholder of May 11, 2020 on voluntary delisting of these
shares from KASE official list and a statement of May 14, 2020 on voluntary
delisting of these shares.
Based on the foregoing and in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of chapter
3 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE's internal document "Listing Rules", these shares
were delisted.
Said shares were included in KASE official list by the second category from
September 6, 2016; since June 1, 2017 they had been in the "standard" category
of the main market of KASE official list. Trades in them were opened on
September 28, 2016.
