/KASE, May 27, 2020/ – Centras Securities (Almaty), the managing company of
interval unit investment trusts, whose units are officially listed in Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE of payout of dividends to the sole
shareholder on ordinary shares. Dividends were paid by cash for the amount of
KZT5.0 mln and by offering 205,000 pieces of authorized ordinary shares of the
company for the amount of KZT205.0 mln to the shareholder.
