/KASE, May 27, 2020/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on May 16, 2020.
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- to approve consolidated and separate financial statements of the company for
2019;
- to approve the distribution of the company’s net income for 2019 and retained
earnings of last years for payout of dividends on ordinary shares;
- to approve the amount of a dividend of KZT17 per one ordinary share without
taking into consideration payment of dividends for January - September 2019;
- to set the date for compiling the list of shareholders entitled to dividends
– May 28, 2020;
- to set the date for launching payment of dividends – June 8, 2020.
