/KASE, May 26, 2020/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the press
release dated May 26, 2020, which states as follows:

“KazTransOil” JSC hereby notifies that in accordance with subparagraph 2) of
paragraph 1 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On natural
monopolies», paragraph 610 of the «Rules for forming tariffs» approved by order
of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan №90, dated 19
November 2019, as well as in order to reduce the burden on consumers, “KazTransOil”
JSC for the period from 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021, reduces tariffs for the
transmission of electric energy (order of the General Director (Chairman of the
Board) of “KazTransOil” JSC №34, dated 15 May 2020, «On approval of tariffs and
tariff estimates of “KazTransOil” JSC» for a regulated service for the transmission
of electric energy» agreed upon by the letter of the Committee for the Regulation
of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of
Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2020 No43-1-43/847).
