/KASE, May 26, 2020/ – Financial Company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the decisions of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on May 22,
2020:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019 confirmed by the
auditor’s report of TransFinAudit Audit Company LLP;
- not to distribute net income of the company for 2019;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2019.
