/KASE, May 26, 2020/ – KazTransCom (Almaty, hereinafter, the Company in the
quotes), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE that "by the end of the business day (17:00) June 26, 2020, the
money for payout of dividends on ordinary shares of the Company based on the
results of 2019 will be placed at the Central Securities Depositary on the terms
of money keeping.
