The company's financial statements for 2019 were audited by Deloitte LLP. According
to the auditor’s report, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in
all material respects, the consolidated financial position of National Company
Kazakhstan Temir Zholy and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2019 and its
consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year then
ended in accordance with IFRS.
