/KASE, May 26, 2020/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of May 22,
2020 the following persons were elected to the bank’s Board of Directors:
- Arman Dunayev, an independent director, member of the Board of Directors;
- Mazhit Yesenbayev, a member of the Board of Directors;
- Christof Ruehl, an independent director, a member of the Board of Directors;
- Alexander Pavlov, an independent director, the chairman of the Board of Directors
of the bank;
- Piotr Romanowski, an independent director, a member of the Board of Directors;
- Frank Kuijlaars, an independent director, member of the Board of Directors;
- Umit Shayakhmetova, a member of the Board of Directors, the chairman of the
Management Board of the bank.
Given these changes, the Board of Directors of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan
comprises seven people: Alexander Pavlov, Mazhit Yesenbayev, Christof Ruehl, Frank
Kuijlaars, Arman Dunayev, Piotr Romanowski and Umit Shayakhmetova.
