/KASE, May 25, 2020/ – Samruk-Kazyna Construction (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 18, 2020.
The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve the audited consolidated financial statements and the audited
separate financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to retain the net income of the company for 2019 in the amount of
KZT6,790,589,328 for development;
- to take note of the information about the absence of appeals of the sole
shareholder on the actions of the company and its executives in 2019;
- to determine Ernst & Young LLP as the auditing organization conducting the
audit of the company in 2020–2022.
