/KASE, May 21, 2020/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decisions
of the Annual General Meeting of the company's shareholders of May 6, 2020 the
following changes were made to the Board of Directors:
- D.A. Beksoltan, a member of the Board of Directors, N.A. Ashirbekov, an
independent director, have been removed;
- K.B. Zhylkyshiyev, an independent director, A.G. Yeralin, a representative of
Baiterek Venture Fund.
Currently, AstanaGas KMG’s Board of Directors comprises five people: D.A.
Berlibayev, A.G. Yeralin, S.A. Makshev, N.Z. Akhanzaripov, K.B. Zhylkyshiyev.
