/KASE, May 21, 2020/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on May 6, 2020.
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- not to allocate dividends on ordinary shares due to the absence of net profit
in 2019.
Overall, decisions on seven issues of the agenda were taken at the general meeting
of shareholders.
