/KASE, May 21, 2020/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified
KASE of the decisions of its sole shareholder of May 13, 2020 to make changes and
amendments to the bank’s charter: "main types of the Bank’s operations were
amended with the following type of activity: acceptance of deposits, opening and
maintaining bank accounts for accumulating funds for capital repair of communal
property of condominim facility and providing them housing loans".
