/KASE, May 20, 2020/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the Board of
Director’s decision of May 18, 2020 the following changes were made in the makeup
of the Management Board of the company:
- A.B. Amanov, Chairman of Management Board, was removed;
- S.A. Nazarenko was elected the chairman of Management Board.
Currently, KazTransCom’s Management Board consists of three people: S.A. Nazarenko,
A.B. Amanov, Ch.E. Zhanykulov.
