/KASE, May 19, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
from May 20, 2020 the following information on bonds KZ2C00002418 (KASE
main markets, category "bonds", LARIb3; KZT1, KZT10.0 bn; 30.09.13 –
30.09.20, semi-annual coupon, 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty)
will be changed in KASE's trading systems and data bases:
- size of the interest rate – 8.00 % APR over seven years from the circulation
start date and 13.00 % APR during the eighth year and six months following
the eighth circulation year;
- maturity was changed from seven to eight years and six months from the
circulation start date;
- redemption date – upon expiration of eight years and six months from the
circulation start date.
The same decision of the Management Board, trading in said bonds was
resumed on KASE from May 20, 2020. Trading in said bonds was suspended
from April 29, 2020.
