/KASE, May 19, 2020/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered amendments to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00002418 (KASE main
market, category"bonds", LARIb3; KZT1, KZT10.0 bn; September 30, 2013 – September
30, 2020, semi-annual coupon of 8.00 % APR; 30/360) and a certificate of state
registration of issue of bonds dated May 15, 2020 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of the
Financial Market has registered amendments to the issue prospectus of these
bonds;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the change in the maturity of
these bonds;
- the period of maturity of bonds was changed from 7 to 8 years and 6 months from
the start of circulation;
- interest rate was set at 8.00 % APR of the face value of bonds within seven
years from the start of circulation and at 13.00 % APR of the face value of
bonds during the eight years and the six months following the eighth year of
circulation of bonds.
