/KASE, May 19, 2020/ – Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant (Temirtau), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of
the decisions of its sole shareholder of May 15, 2020:
The shareholder made the following decisions:
- to approve non-consolidated financial statements of the company for 2019;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company by allocating net income
available for distribution for the 2019 financial year to cover the losses of
previous periods.
