/KASE, May 19, 2020/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Extraordinary
General Meeting of its shareholders by absentee voting will start on July 3, 2020
with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting of
shareholders;
- on determining the company's position with regard to placement of shares of GMK
Kazakhstan as part of the agreement on participating in trading between the
company, Gouden Reserves B.V. and E.V. Ogay dated November 21, 2019.
