/KASE, May 15, 2020/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the sole shareholder dated May 6, 2020, the following changes were
made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- A. Juanyshbaeva – member of the Board of Directors, removed;
- M. Daribaev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance
consists of five persons: K. Izbastin, S. Madiev, E. Taszhurekov, M. Daribaev,
R. Orazbaev.
