/KASE, May 15, 2020/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified
KASE of the decisions of its sole shareholders held on April 29, 2020:
The sole shareholder made the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the bank for 2019;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the bank’s net income
in the amount of KZT27,641,999,183.91 for 2019:
- to pay dividends in the amount of KZT8,292,596,400.00 to Baiterek National
Management Holding;
- to leave KZT19,349,402,783.91 at the bank’s disposal.
