Agrarian credit corporation says Standard & Poor's revoked ratings at the issuer's request

/KASE, May 15, 2020/ – Agrarian credit corporation (Nur-Sultan, hereinafter –
the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On April 22, 2020, following the Company's request, the international rating
agency S&P Global Ratings revoked the Company's credit ratings at "BB / B", the
rating on the national scale of "kzA+", as well as the rating for the security
of the 1st bond issue under the 2nd bond program (AGKKb4, ISIN KZ2C00002731).
The outlook on the ratings at the time of the revoking was "Stable".
