/KASE, May 11, 2020/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 10:00 am, June 11,
2020 with the following agenda:
- on approval of the 2019 financial statements of the company;
- on determining the procedure for distribution of the company’s net income
for 2019;
- on the dividends for 2019, the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the
company;
- on considering shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the bank
and its officials in 2019 and the results of their consideration.
