/KASE, May 6, 2020/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the decision
of the general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C00002418 (KASE main market,
category "bonds", LARIb3) of April 29, 2020 to make amendments to the issue
prospectus of these bonds.
